Pizza Night

Kristie for the win (again) with her Ke-dough!

Below is a quick overview of her recipe. Please check out her video linked above for the real scoop on how to make it.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unflavored whey protein Isolate 
  • 2 oz cream cheese, room temp
  • 3 oz shredded Parmesan Cheese (go big here- the better this cheese the better it will come out)
  • 3 oz shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or omit if your Parm is super salty)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 egg, beaten
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.  Spread out to 1/4" thick in the shape you want your pizza to be (I did four smaller pizzas as Kristie did in her video but could have opted for one large one). If the dough is being particularly sticky, wet your hands a little.  

Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.  Remove from oven.  Top pizzas with tomato sauce and other desired toppings.  Bake another 10 minutes or until cheese is lightly golden.
