Orange Cream Fat Bomb

  • 4 ounces of coconut butter
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 3 ounces Cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 3 drops of Orange oil or 3/4 tsp orange extract
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 -3 T Powdered sweetener

Blend in a mixer or use an immersion blender to mix it very well so that it doesn’t separate while setting up.

Peppermint Fat Bomb

  • 4 ounces coconut oil
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter or coconut manna
  • 3 drops peppermint oil
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp instant coffee
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon 
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp salt (omit if using salted butter)
  • 2 -3 T Powdered sweetener

Blend in a mixer or use an immersion blender to mix it very well so that it doesn’t separate while setting up.

Peanut Butter Fat Bomb

  • 4 ounces of butter
  • 4 ounces of coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (just ground peanuts and salt)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt, if using unsalted butter or unsalted pb
  • 2 -3 T Powdered sweetener

Blend in a mixer or use an immersion blender to mix it very well so that it doesn’t separate while setting up.

My tips on making these:

  • Melt the Oil and butter together then let cool a bit before attempting to mix in the other ingredients.  
  • You can replace the nut butter with coconut mana or a different seed butter in  any recipe.  Play with the add ins!
  • Taste testing showed the PB one to be everyone's favorite. 
  • I use a turkey baster to put the mix into candy molds or silicone ice cube trays.
