Kristie Sullivan's 20 Minute Skillet

I may say this is a lot but this recipe changed my life! All the creaminess I have been missing, it was all here. Here is her picture since I could not use cheddar cheese (Plant Paradox) so hers look prettier. But ohh the deliciousness!! Also, we didn't have the specific salt from her recipe but we did just order it. Here is the ingredient list as a teaser. Kristie Sullivan strikes again! Orange Cream Fat Bomb 4 ounces of coconut butter 4 ounces butter 3 ounces Cream cheese 3 tablespoons heavy cream 3 drops of Orange oil or 3/4 tsp orange extract ½ tsp Vanilla extract ¼ tsp salt 2 -3 T Powdered sweetener Blend in a mixer or use an immersion blender to mix it very well so that it doesn’t separate while setting up. Peppermint Fat Bomb 4 ounces coconut oil 4 ounces butter 2 tablespoons coconut butter or coconut manna 3 drops peppermint oil 3 tablespoons cocoa powder ¼ tsp instant coffee ¼ tsp cinnamon ½ tsp vanilla ¼ tsp salt (omit if using salted butter) 2 -3 T Powdered sweetener Blend in a mixer or use an immersion blender to mix it very well so that it doesn’t separate while setting up. Taco Bake

This recipe is from Kristie Sullivan's book but I found it here on Youtube . Ingredient Preview: Mexican Chorizo Ground Beef Sharp Cheddar Cheese Crushed tomatoes (no sugar added of course) green chilis onion Green pepper Spices This turned out awesome. My oldest son really liked it. I served it with chips for my carbivore children and with a spoon, sour cream, and fresh cilantro for me.
